The beautiful things don't last, wrote somebody answering to a comment of mine on Facebook. And it is true, very true: the beautiful things don't last. They don't last because someone decides that they mustn't last. They don't last because it's easier to throw away than fix. They don't last because we refuse the effort of change ourselves. They don't last because we don't speak to each other. They don't last because we don't want to give in anything and we prefer to lose everything. They don't last because, all in all, no one has taught us how to love, than we don't know how to love what we have: we are not able to love our things, our places, and the persons in our life.
