Voi amate gli animali perché siete egoisti. Adorate il vostro cane perché vi ama incondizionatamente, perché non vi costringere a cambiare niente del vostro carattere di merda, perché non chiede che facciate uno sforzo per migliorarvi. Il vostro cane vi ama anche coi vostri difetti, quegli stessi difetti che hanno portato gli esseri umani ad odiarvi. Il vostro cane non vi tradisce come vi hanno tradito gli esseri umani. E come voi avete tradito il vostro prossimo. Perché non crederete mica di essere migliori del vostro prossimo, voi che non volete neppure provare a cambiare voi stessi per aiutare i vostri simili? Voi amate il vostro cane perché l'impegno che richiede da parte vostra è lo stesso che serve per seguire un fottuto corso di yoga.

You love animals because you all are egoists. You adore your dog because it loves you unconditionally, because it doesn't demand you change your shitty character, because it doesn't ask any effort to improve yourselves. Your dog loves you with all your defects, those defects which made other people hate you. Your dog doesn't betray you as people have betrayed you. And as you have betrayed people. Or do you think yourselves better than your neighbours, you who refuse to change anything in yourselves not even to help your own kind? You love your dog because all the commitment you need to put in it is the same you need for attending a fucking yoga course.
