What about the Good Boys?

The Good Boys were some of the agency guys who worked at the Olympic Park with me. I had them under my supervision for a while, then thank haven they were moved to other teams. The reason I called them Good Boys is here.
Coming the contract at the Park close to its natural end, they were one after another dropped off. The first was Dan. He was used don't turn up on Monday, nor to advise nor to answer at the phone when his awaiting supervisor called him. Kept for a while, since was not possible having new labourers inducted, a Monday the line manager decided that enough was enough. He called the agency to say that we had no more need of Dan. The agency got back in touch 15 minutes later and said:
-We told him. Well... actually we left a message in his voicemail, since he didn't answer.
Then was the turn of Paul and Simon to be dropped off. And after a week Gary's turn. Actually Gary wasn't a Good Boy. Even if not a great worker he was a dedicated and reliable person.
Yesterday I asked to Chris, Hellboy-Chris, if he had any news about them. The last I had were about interviews arranged for them by the agency.
-Did they have a job?- I asked.
-What do you think?- Chris replied with a simper.
-I don't think so.
-Paul went to the interview, the interviewers just looked at him and said "Ah, okay. It's fine. We don't need you".
It's not a surprise. Paul is a clever guy, but lazy and not fit at all for gardening. In any case he lived on benefits for 2 years before working at the Park, so he knows what to do to claim the allowance again.
-Simon-, Chris got on, -hasn't got any job and has come back to sell drug. The same thing he did before coming at the Park.
-Selling drug? Weed I hope...
-You don't make a lot of money selling weed.
-Ok, fair enough.
-About Dan, he got a dislocation at his shoulder... he said practicing martial arts but I believe he got it laying to long on the bed... and his GP is signing paid days out of work, so he is happy.
-What about Gary?
-He hasn't got any job yet.
-This surprises me. He's a reliable guy.
-True. Apparently there are not a lot of jobs on this time.

Except for Gary, the other three don't seem eager to find another job. And why should they? Since Mum Britain is available to pay for them. But it will not last for longer, apparently. So what to do with the waisted generation Cameron spoke about? Those youth who should be prefered by employers to Eastern Europeans? Mum Britain, you didn't teach your children a job-ethic, you are going to cut their benefits off if they don't get one of those jobs that you had already cut off, shall they pay for your graetness?
